Healing Prayers
Rest of the Points (to give mending a good amount of regen [1-3])
-=Equipment=-
Armor that gives you a good amount of energy i suppose. You don't really need a scythe b/c you aren't going to be meleeing in any situation, so a good staff.
-=Usage=-
Basically, start off by casting Mending. Wait for an enemy to come to you. As you see him/her running to you to attack, activate protective spirit. After or before his first attack, activate Dusk Cloak, Staggering Force, and then Mirage Cloak. After this chain of attacks, you should deal about a good 136 damage. Right after this, if he/she is still alone and your health seems to be in bad shape, activate mystic regeneration (+15 regen + mending's regen) and then blessed signet to recharge your energy and put yourself in a very powerful healing position, otherwise activate mystic sandstorm. If you're health is in a good state, activate Mystic Sandstorm to unleash 193 damage, blind, and weakness. That sums up to a total of 329 earth damage, blind, and weakness. After dealing that damage, reactivate mending > protective spirit > dusk cloak > staggering force > mirage cloak > mystic regeneration > blessed signet and repeat the cycle with mystic sandstorm with the finale. Remember that mirage cloak has the lowest amount of time and same with protective spirit (possibly depending on how many points you put into protection prayers) so there's going to be a lot of good timing involved. That's the reason why i've chosen mirage cloak to be activated last. With a 50% evade chance, you'll be able to stand up against some melee. If you're unsure of whether or not to activate mystic sandstorm and strip yourself of all enchantments, just continue to recast enchantments when they deplete in time. In this way, you'll still deal earth damage/weakness/blind.
-=Counters=-
Obviously skills that will disrupt your skill casting or strip you of enchants. This build isn't effective against kiters, but that doesn't matter if you're the last one standing since one of yall are going to have to attack.
-=Notes=-
I haven't tested the build yet so i have no idea how to make a good variation of skills/attribute points/etc to make it at the top of its build, but i will be able to test it soon once im out of school. Second of all, i have never tried playing with monks, but this build has interested me and once again, i will experiment and test when i get home. I'm not quite sure what equipment to use either.
Any feedback would be great on how to improve.
EDIT: I also don't have an elite skill yet. I thought of this build in a 10-15minute interval so i still need to do my research
