Must have:
-max dmg(11-22)
-req. Curses(as high as u wish) or Prot. Prayers(10 or less)
Must have two of this bonuses:
-+energy mod(while enchanted/while health higher then 50%)
-+skill recharge speed(curses)
-+cast speed
