something weird with olias minons?

well, i just got olias and tested him, realy nice, even tho, i noticed, even when i gave him 11 on death magic, he doesnt manage to summon more than 7 minons, like if it was the limit, and, if im not wrong, the limit with 11 death magic should be 13 minons?
