Yup, the merchent should be selling Vabbi Keys, NOT Kournan.

Send in a report to Anet Support, they would change this if they knew.

i ran into the same problem in the desolation area near the guy who can transfer you to the arid sea, the merchant there sells the incorrect keys also

Same with the keys in the Crystal Overlook, the Merchants sell Margonite keys, and the chests there are not Margonite.

well theres usually 2 guards there but i kill em all the time so im assuming you just killed em?
