i know that is not simple pc in a new item but anyway this is:

GOLD AUREATE LAMP
REQ. 11 DIVINE FAVOR
+ 45 ENCHANTED
+ 10 ARMOR VS FIRE

NOTE: The dye will change the color of the entire item
