Better equipment question

I'd like to know if it's possible to get a better Air Wand and Storm Artifact than these I got from collectors in the Crystal Desert.

Air Wand
-Damage: 11-22 (requires 9 Air Magic)
-Halves skill recharge of Air Magic spells (Chance: 20%)

Storm Artifact
-Energy +12 (requires 9 Air Magic)
-Halves casting time of Air Magic spells (Chance: 20%)
-Halves skill recharge of Air Magic spells (Chance: 20%)

If there are Air Wands/Storm Artifacts with better stats I would like to know where to get them or how much they would cost (must be dyable and requirements don't matter).
Oh yeah, and must be Prophecies only.=D

You can get a better collectors wand from Cantha that has +5 energy while ^ 50%hp, i dont think u can get a better offhand unless u get an Elona one and use the new upgrades on it.

the easiest way to c what is the best weapon to use is go to www.guildwiki.org
click on green weapons, your profession and c how the similar green weapon compares and will tell u how to make it the same. by the way collectors weapons dont have mods.

I'm Prophecies only. That means I can't get stuff from Factions and Nightfall right?
I don't want greens since they are not dyable.=(

u can get weapons from other campaigns and use them, u just have to buy them off other players since u obviously cant travel there to find them yourself.

In that case youve pretty much got the best ones u can get unless u buy Cantah/Elona ones

I'll just go for you if you find out what you need.

Okay, if it's possible, something like this:

Air Wand (max damage duh)
The 20% thing on it
And some other bonus (don't know what kind of bonuses there are)

Storm Artifact (max Energy duh)
Well kind of the same as my current I guess but with an extra bonus on it or something.=(

So you could decide what you want and then find someone who could get it for you. I can't guarantee dyability of anything and that seems like such a low priority for a weapon that I can't imagine it being all that important, but whatever.
