Guild Wars Game Guides

I forget what they're called exactly, but I have the GW Prophecies and GW Factions book, but I can't find the Nightfall one.
Has there been a Nightfall guide? And if there has where can I buy one, I can't find one in Best Buy.

There is no guide for Nightfall, unfortunately...

Why do you need to pay £10 for a guide?
If you need help, use GW Wiki. Everything you need is on there. Far more stuff on there than in the guide books.

The reason I said that, is basically this. GW Wiki has 100 times more information on missions, weapons, items, crafters, lore, history etc than the guide book.
And, I never thought about needing it whilst away from the computer. Why would you need it when your not playing?
Fair enough it might be nice to read, I'm just trying to save the lad/lass some money.

Besides, GW changes with updates and GW Wiki adapts. A book on the other hand does not change.

You could always print out the wiki pages

There may not be a game guide for Nightfall yet but there will hopefully be one at some point. GW Wiki is great for game info, but for those of us who don't have a printer or a second monitor hooked up it's more difficult to have a reference available while playing. A game guide would be an issue of convenience, as well as something for when you're away from your computer.

The other thing you have to consider is that I believe Prima would be publishing the guide, and Prima guides are mediocre and sometimes downright misleading. I believe Brady is a better company (whoever it was that did FFXI is good), so if they're not doing it, I wouldn't buy the guide at all.
I do like to read guides and stuff for fun when I'm in school in a class I don't use a computer in. Sometimes, reading magazines and stuff like that is the only thing keeping me awake. In that respect, I could see using a guide--or if you collect GW stuff, that would make sense, too.
Maybe the previous guides didn't sell enough copies?
EDIT: And about looking at GWiki while playing, I just alt-tab between windows. It's fast enough, I mean, I wouldn't necessarily do it on a survivor character.

Guys.. I use the books for when I'm sick, lying in bed, with no tv or computer, and am bored as hell. I use it mainly for the skill lists. I have everything in front of me.
I write builds. always have. Hope that clears this up.
