It's this topic, which will tell you its worth about 70-100k.
The outdatedness of the sword probably makes it worth more towards the 70k, although with the mods it goes to the 100k side of it.

However Im not a PC guru, so don't take my word for it

you could get 100k for that easy imo.

It's still hot skin. 100k shouldn't be impossible to get from it yup.
