PC on Razorclaw Scythe

I've looked over all the stickied threads that might give me some help with pricing this particular item, but found no help on it.

The stats are:

Vampiric Razorclaw Scythe of Enchanting
Slashing Dmg: 9-41 (requires 9 Scythe Mastery)
Damage +15% (while health is above 50%)
Life Stealing: 5
Health Regeneration: -1
Enchantments last 20% longer

The skin is an odd one; the head of the scythe looks like a bird-of-prey's foot, with three talons, the middle extending furthest and curving 'round to form a makeshift blade. It's downright ugly to me, but what do I know about scythes?

I know the mods are all max, but considering the fact that inscriptions come by the bucketload these days, I wouldn't know where to begin. I asked around in the Gate of Anguish, and recieved estimates from 40-75k, most on the higher side, but I'm not comfortable pricing an item too far up.

Any help would be appreciated.

Just trying to price this so that I can move it out of my storage and create more space sooner than later, hopefully for at least a reasonable amount of money.

with mods i would put at 50-60k price range. I would have taken the 75k when you had the chance

DoA skins are so common now. Thanks anet for making the Chesting there so easy you killed the DoA market in less then one week
