Lieutenant's Insignia MIA?

Any idea why this is still not showing up on the rune trader list? Is it so rare that it isn't being dropped much or in such high demand that she can't keep them in stock?

Any more ideas on this? Surely by now there should be a lot floating around, but the rune trader still never has it in stock. What's the deal? Bugged?

Well, I know it exists! I've got two. I'm just perplexed about why it's not showing up in the Rune Trader. I figured if I had gotten two by now, surely overall there's enough out there for the Rune Trader to be showing some available.

I've never seen it, even for a split second. I'm just wondering if there's anyone out there who's ever seen it at the Rune Trader, as this might be some bug causing it to not show for some reason.

If it's not showing at the trader, it just means not enough have been sold there yet.

If you sell it to the Rune trader, I bet it'll show up until someone buys it. The Rune trader only sells what he/she has. So unless people start selling it to the Rune Trader, then I doubt there will be any for sale.

I sold one to the rune trader this morning, noticed that it was out of stock to buy.
