As long as you have Attuned Was Songkai on as well as renewing Memories all your weapon spells and Item spells cost around 65% less.
While holding her ashes you are able to cast renewing surge in a instant.
One set back is that renewign surge only does 68 damage, and since its lighting damage, try not target a ranger since they have armor against the elements.
