Error 59

Hi, my name is Dom, and I'm going for the Legendary Defender of Ascalon title. When ever I go outside of town to AFK (part of the title), when I come back to box in the morning or after school and turn my monitor and log back in (as in, Windows XP automatically does the "Switch User" feature after about 10 minutes), it will give me a second or two of seeing the game, if even that, then I error 59. I log back in, and I'm just sitting in a town, and my guild roster says I last logged in a minute or two ago.

I have no idea what is causing this, and any help would be much appreciated.
