PC on Gloom shield.

Found this just a bit ago. It's an inscribable gloom, picked up out in the Domain of Anguish.

Gloom Shield
Armor: 16 (requires 9 Strength)
Health +45 (while in a stance)
Inscription "Luck of the draw"
Physical Damage -5 (chance: 19%)

I know that Glooms are becoming more common these days, so I don't want to price it way out in left field. Thought I'd get some estimates.

100k+10-15 ectos range. str is the best of the 2 to have

I thought it a bit strange to see a strength req. shield with a Health-while-in-stance mod, so I really wasn't sure what to make of it. While I know that modding post-find doesn't always do much for the price, I have a friend who has agreed to give me, free of charge, a +30 unconditional health handle for this shield if I decide I need it. Would that do much for the value?
