Found this in a chest outside the Garden of Sebohrin.
Does the "Halves casting time of Fire Magic Spells" lower its value because its a req. on Earth Magic?

The obsidian skin is neater and rarer and worth more.

It's probably 2-10k depending on the skin and the buyer.

Not about the fire mod - If you can mod over it great, but I dont think you can.

for someone who doesnt care about the req(a true caster) would be 10k. if you can find a buyer, great, if not merch it.
