The message keeps popping up non-stop asking you to exit GW.

Just wondering where the message is if she hasn't patched...

It is also like that if you are the first person to update. I've done it a couple times where I reload GW really fast after a update an no one is there. This is a posibility too and would explain the lack of the, "New build message."

I had similar in European district, right after downloading a patch. I was the first one there.

Slowly the population of LA is decreasing. As a prove when you last tried to sell something at LA. I am sure that something can happen to kaineng when people become sure where to be the Bazaar city. As far as I know it is Kamadan.

I used to end up in empty districts of Ice Tooth Cave all the time, not even at update times, just zone there and end up in District 2...alone.

That's because no one needs to be at Ice Tooth for any reason except for skills they have not unlocked And that takes almost no time at all to do.
