Looking for Rago's Flame Staff or similar

As said in the topic name I'm looking to buy Rago's Flame Staff or something of a similar nature.

Here are its stats:
* Energy +10
* Fire damage: 11-22 (req. 9 Fire Magic)
* Halves casting time of Fire Magic spells (Chance: 20%)
* Halves skill recharge of spells (Chance: 20%)
* Energy +5
* Enchantments last 20% longer

Or, instead of this staff I'd like to buy something similar to The Nightbringer or The Skybringer but with its stats affecting Fire rather than death/air magic. I dont really know either of their values so could you post your prices in this thread or whisper them to me in game? My username is Gentian Agrimony, I should be online for most of the day tomorrow but I'm going to bed right now.

Please keep in mind that I'm not the richest of players, 15k is already alot for me @___@

Hm I have two fire staves for your consideration;

ragos 80k
ragos knockoff 15k

the knock off has a dyable default flamestaff skin. same stats.... i suppose the staff wrap +20% enchantment itself is worth about 10k. anyways; for you consideration.

lotus staff with exactly the same stats except health+30 instead of ench last 20% longer. 15k if interested. i can give you a 20% ench mod to put on it if you pay 20k for the whole batch.
