NF Attribute Point Quest Bug?

Runduk's second attribute point quest won't appear for me (Rising In The Ranks: First Spear), and I am stuck at 185 attribute points.

I'm a NF native char, lvl 19 and have over 700 sunspear points, so I'm not sure why he won't offer the second quest.

Wiki doesn't suggest any other requirements for the quest apart from completing Rising in the Ranks: Sunspear Master Sergeant (the first attribute point quest). Anyone else encountered this?

Getting to level 20 will give you 200 attribute points, IIRC.

You're level 19 and have 185 attribute points, right? Sounds like you've already done the quest. You'll get 15 points for reaching level 20, which will round you our to 200.

How many points you have now while you are level 19?
Maybe you have accepted the reward already for it and forgot that you did.
Try to reach level 20 and see, if you have 200 then you must have finished it before.

Ah thanks folks, it didn't click at all that I would get the final points at lvl 20. Hehe don't I feel silly now ^^
