PC on Gold Orrish Earth Staff please

I saw a couple of these fetch big numbers early on in Nightfall, but search doesn't show any recent sales. I have no idea whether this means they are rare, or so common they are not worth the effort .

Stats -

Swift (head gives 10% faster cast) Earth Staff of Endurance (wrap gives +45 HP in stance).
Req 10
20% halves recharge (inherent mod)
11-22 and +10 energy (ie max stats)
Confirmed several times that it is Orrish skin
Inscription slot available and filled with a relatively useless inscription (ie 15% versus hexed)

If it is not worth anything much I am going to use it myself and throw on an enchants 20% longer wrap and a better inscription (ie faster recharge stacker) cos the skin looks cool.
