Gold Shamanic Wand

I've never seen nor heard of this wand before. Is it rare?

Gold Poisonous Skull Longbow
15-28 req. 10
lengthens poison 33%
Damage + 19% while hexed

Firey Blade, I'd say you could get 15-20k for, no idea on the wand, the req is no good though, and the skull longbow, maybe 20-30k

Fiery Blade Axe is worth between 50-60K. I personally sold a req10 one today for 90K

req 12 is a whole different story....
fair price will be 20-30K

sold a req 12 myself for 50k... think it's reasonable
