to tell you the truth..i'd say this is a hard one to PC...for your information..the last one before NF sold for around or more than 400k+ (if me memory serves me right it went for almost 600k when ectos were trading at 6k each, maybe you bought it then ...
if i were you i'd start taking offers on it...
200k-350k+ would sound reasonable to me today...but theres also a good chance that it'll go much higher than what i've PCed...it really depends on how the buyer perceives inscribables and C1 ones and their willingness to pay..

edit, to scyfer, req10 is too high for most pvp W builds, mainly shock W , and this is what i personally use my pve shields for , and i also know many more ppl do too, and can only pc it at what i see its worth, and for me its the above amount for the above reasons

Req 10 isn't that high... req12 would be (imo)...
