I am very curious about the the guild Fifteen over Fifty [Rare] and their alliance. If someone from Rare could PM me, I have a few questions.

I think there are many more SoF mods - why not search that guild out instead? I know I did when I was looking for a guild last year (before I joined XoO), but unfortunately they had closed recruiting like 2 days earlier!

Because you don't get any forum benefits from joining either guild. The reason why both guilds have several moderators each and never get banned is because the people they recruit are at least semi-competent, except for Makkert but everyone takes pity on him. In other words, the people make the guild, not the other way around.
