"Incomming!" and SoR builds

Can someone please point me in the right direction to find out what exactly these builds entail? I've searched all over this site and guildwiki, and even been into observer mode, but there are still a couple things i can't figure out (like attributes and a couple of skills.) Thanks in advance.

Buuuh... Incoming doesn't exactly synergise with anything, so any build with Incoming in it would be an Incoming build, ne? I suppose some would say that you "must" have Watch Yourself! and GftE! or summat, up to you though.

SoR... My acronym brain engine isn't working today, what does that stand for? O.o

Ah! Signet of Return? I've seen it used once or twice, I have no idea of the premise or build about it though, other than "lollity lol lol we can res alot!"
