ive only tested this build in ab, and it worked amazing. it can be changed a bit to fit any other situation.
attributes-blood 16, soul reaping 13
skills--awaken the blood, shadow strike, lifebane strike, life transfer, life siphon, blood of the aggresor, vampiric gaze, signet of lost souls
keep awaken the blood on at all times. pick a target with full health and cast shadow strike then lifebane strike. then cast life siphon, vampiric gaze and blood of the aggressor. use signet of lost souls whenever needed. do not cast life transfer first on any character except assassins....sins hit too fast to use other skills first, so put life transfer on them fast. if playing in pve, consider replacing life transfer with ravenous gaze or blood is power. if in ra or ta take out any skill of your choice and replace it with res sig or a hard res.

Get a major soul-reaping rune, and Reaper's mark will be -6degen at 14soul. For places like Alliances battles, LT is just way too much of a recharge since the fighting is non-stop, and you get horribly screwed if it gets removed. Reaper's mark is less degen, and doesn't heal you, but it keeps your energy up and -6degen is pretty good. 1 more pip than Conjure phantasm, 1 less pip than burning, and at 5energy and a 10 sec recharge, how could you deny it?

well unlike most other necros that use life transfer, im not using it as the main skill of the build. i use it to either finish off a runing target or to heal myself. all the other skills are more than capable of killing a target.
