55 health is not critical for SOA builds

Just a note to a few people. Shield of Absorption's damage reduction is compounded. So if you took 95 the first hit you will take 90,85,80,75,70, ect on the following hits. So when you use it in conjunction with protective spirit you only need about 105 health because after the first hit no damage will be taken.

55 health will work just fine, but is not required.

Well, with 55 HP you almost heal all your HP casting anything in you, with the Divine Favor bonus.

Yeah, it was the same thing for the spirit bond builds, I ran it with 105 HP. It's probaly optimal to run builds like this with a 20% longer enchantments weapon and a 10/10 +12eng focus.

It's really that 105/135 is a bit easier to fight degen with (you'll die in 5 seconds instead of 2-3).
