did u modit??? a blue with perfect mod?
anyway, salvage the -5 (20%) mod for around 40K
and salvage the HP+30 for 25K (if u didn't break the shield)
otherwise not much for a blue and high req, even its a populat skin. salvage it or u will either get ripped off or can't even sell it

there's a possibilty that it came out that way thru his paint program or whatever, not the first time that would have happened...
anyway, popular skin, but with req 12 don't think you'd get much more than doing as Wilheim suggested...
