Alliance to the gods.

I think it would be a good idea to have some kind of NPC near the god statues (Temple of Ages, Zin Ku Corridor, Chantry of Secrets) that you can talk to and choose to ally with one of the 5 gods (Balthazar, Dwayna, Grenth, Lyssa, Melandru) and either quests to gain favor with that god, or maybe a bounty system such as for the title tracks for sunspear and lightbringer, or some kind of mission area where you can gain faction twards what ever god you choose. Prefferably some style of quests or mission, as this whole idea is ment to add into the role-playing aspect of the game. Also add blessings from the gods when you are alligned to them or have new skills from that god. Allegence would not be restricted by class (such as monks are allied to Dwayna). This would be a nice addition to all campains and campains to come as this could easly cross between them (unlike say lightbringer). The new skills and blessings should be allowed in PvP as long as there is a way for PvP characters to get them (just add a new island on the PvP area that had the statues of the gods). By either turning in faction or as rewards for quests the new skills or blessings could be obtained without haveing to use the title system (although that is another possablity). One question to be answered by other people is should people be allowed to change alliegence or should it be one time pick only? Let me know what you think.

Sound like a nice idea except the clesses shouldnt be able to choose any old god: every class is designed after two or three specific gods. Warrior:Grenth, balthazar. Ranger:Balthazar,melandru etc

Hmmmm. Choosing a god to follow sounds like a very good idea for Chapter 4.

But with new classes such as paragon and dervish (Especialy the dervish) they have no set allegience. For older characters you have secondary classes as well. I don't think there should be a limit to chosing, although I'm still debating on if changing allegence is a good idea or not.

And making the basis of a new chapter might work out better than adding into the Temple of Ages like areas.
