Anywhere upwards to 25K is what you will pay for 20% enchant - the 17K bid you have is a pretty good offer, and I won't undercut it as I hope to get more for my 20% mod. I will add though, that if you decide you want the cheaper version I can do you a 19% longer for 2K.
