My mate told me these shields could be worth something so pls give ur opinion about these two. Thnx in advance

Armor 16 (requires 12 Tactics)
Health +45 (while enchanted)
Receives Physical dmg -2 (while enchanted)



Round Shield:
Armor 16 (required 8 Tactics)
Reduces Blind duration on u by 20%
