I know the req's high, and there's no damage mod... I thought maybe it was extra rare with the energy mod, perhaps. Also, it's the Tyrian skin (not inscribable)

i would say 50Kish~or so
coz some ppl are trying to buy Non-inscribable stuffs with perfect base mod

yeah I second that.. Even though req is highly irrelavant, people still want req 8 gear.

If you want to stand around all day you can probably go as high as 75k.
