Bramble Longbow? Best Location To Get?

dose this item come from chest? if so what area? cause ive only seen it drop once and it was the flatbow version purple from Fanged Iboga... i dont see much information on this weapon seeing its rarer then normal...

I Know when i chest running Lutgardis i found couple Brambles Longbows

so Ferndale or Hope?

Hope much easier to run.
