[PC] Gothic Dual Axe

If the item does not show, the stats are:

Sundering Dual Gothic Axe of Fortitude
Slashing Dmg: 6-28 (requires 9 Axe Mastery)
Damage +15% (while in a stance)
Armor Penetration +20% (Chance: 20%)
Health +30

I thought that this item would be perfect for a good stance tank, but it doesn't seem that +15% in stance is very desirable, so I'm sure I've been pricing it too high. If I should just salv it for the mods I'll probably keep it for myself, but I'd rather move it as a whole unit.

A reminder.

No checks on this? I've read that the skin with the +15% in stance mod would go for somewhere around 30k or so at [req. 9], but I would've thought that with the mods found on it the price might've gone up just a smidge.

I'd appreciate it if anyone could appraise it. I'll probably wind up salving the mods or just keeping and using the axe myself, as I have a stance-heavy warrior build that I enjoy playing, but it would be nice to know what I could get for it as an entire unit.
