mhh is my impression or that staff is not perfect?

+15 energy = +10 is base. +5 is from an Insightful head.
Energy +5 (while health is above 50%) = inscription.
20% longer = wrapping.

Yes, it's perfect.

Unsure on value tho, it's first I've seen.

Only drops from the Fury which seems able to drop more then one type of green
so value would be very high as it will be very rare for months

And why would we exactly need to look closer, pray tell?

Is there something odd about the staff? I can't find anything wrong with it. The mods are totally perfect to me.

Should it not half the casting time too?

Star and Apple are correct this staff is not imperfect.

As for it's market value, DoA greens don't seem to be moving too well. Get what you can for it but I wouldn't expect it to go for more then 30-40k, seen a few green ghostlys allready here at guru and none have gotten any bids yet.

As for it's real value; it's worth the price of yet another rare skin gone to the dogs.....thanks ANet.

If that is the only green with ghostly skin then I'm still hopefull about the situation. Otherwise bleh..

As for the price, agree with Oofus.

Have seen 3 different reqs on green ghostlys so far, all with the same mods.
