negative energy offhands

From pre-searing: I have two offhands that are...

Energy +3
Armor +4
Energy -5

with no requirements (net = energy -2, armor +4). I know some people use these, especially in PvP, but are they worth anything on the market? Thanks in advance for any & all replies.
