High End Builds

I am interested to know what builds is favored in the harder areas in PvE (not solo builds). I have never done any of the 'elite' or ToA areas in a party before (except for DoA), so want to give it a try. I am stumped by what build to take though. Was thinking of a pure healing build or a ZB bonder build.
