Stuck looking for Master of Whispers

When I had the choice between Margrid the Sly and the Master of Whispers, I went on a quest with Margrid. But now it seems I need the Master of Whispers with me to do a number of quests as well as a mission in Dzagonur Bastion, but for the life of me I can't find him again. Reading GuildWiki I gather he is supposed to be somewhere in Dejarin Estate, but I've combed through there without meeting him. Am I missing some crucial step before he will appear?

Since you chose Margrid, you should be doing Pogahn Passage and Dasha Vestibule instead of Rilohn Refuge and Dzagonur Bastion. You won't be able to get the Master of Whispers until you beat the game.

Ah ok, thanks. I've already done those two. I just assumed Dzagonur Bastion was another mission I *had* to do because the site is flashing when I open up my map.
