Personally I like the skin but I think the rare skinned axe you are thinking of is a tribal axe.

Actually no it's not a very common skin in NF, but i'm sure his 100e post was a joke

since it's purple i'd say 20-40k or so... not real sure, doesn't seem to be tons of interest in them
