Completed Zen Daijun - Quest log empty

I just completed the Zen Daijun mission, but now my quest log is empty. What do I do to continue?

Talk to First Mate Xiang at Seitung Harbour to get access to the next island.

When you complete missions, look for a new primary quest at the location you end up after completing the mission.

My game did the same thing and I still don't have a Primary quest after I talked with First Mate Xiang at Seitung Harbour...help me please
