where do i get obsidian keys and luxon/kurzick keys?

Obsidian Keys are available in any outpost you can go to UW/FoW from: the Temple of the Ages, Zin Ku Corridor, and Chantry of Secrets. Luxon Keys are available in any Luxon outpost as well as from Luxon merchants at res shrines; Kurzick Keys are from Kurzick outposts and Kurzick merchants.
