Needed: NF/Core builds
Throttle
I'm looking for good PvE builds using only NF and Core skills. I don't want Dervish or Paragon builds, although you could list them for general information. I mainly need nice all-round builds, something you can complete the game with and have a chance to get groups, not gimmicky builds that are only suited for one area of the game. Thanks in advance.

It would help if you stated which classes you play or are interested in playing. There are a huge number of possible builds if you don't narrow your search a bit.

PvE builds don't have to be super-perfect, except perhaps in small-group farming teams. Just look at builds, and modify them as needed.
For example, when I run Searing Flames and I'm not skill capping, I like to take Serpents Quickness, which I think is Prophecies only. But if you take it out of my build, it's still pretty darned powerful. In fact, my hero Searing Flames builds don't use it.
For necros, there are many minion master builds. All that's really essential are Animates and Blood of the Master; the rest is a matter of play style and personal taste. (I favor going /E for Glyph of Lesser Energy. I also favor using Rotting Flesh as an attack spell when the monsters aren't human.)
Necros also have good Curses builds starting with Spiteful Spirit. Except for Spinal Shivers, I don't know of anything that anyone ever thought was core to an SS build that isn't Core. And Shivers is out of fashion anyway, probably deservedly.
For rangers, Barrage builds are great except in a few places where the mission is totally focused on killing one big boss.
Good healing monks are always popular. Or Zealous Benediction.
For warriors, the Core axe skill Cleave is a good-enough elite. And use some of your adrenaline for Watch Yourself and maybe some Paragon chants/shouts to help your team. (Barrage rangers and dervishes should consider going /W or /P for similar reasons.)
For mesmers, Mantra of Recall for energy management is Core, isn't it? Anyhow, just pile on the interrupts and energy management skills, with an Inspiration stance for defense when appropriate for the zone you're in. Against the big endgame bosses, Wastrel's Worry is said to be great (because hexes are half-duration on bosses, and because armor-ignoring damage is great).
Of course, if you're not good at playing these things, that's a different matter.
