PC on Perfect Smiting Staff *NON* Inscribable

HSR of Spells 20%
energy +10, max dmg, req 12 smiting
HCT Smiting 20%

It's non-inscribable , but is it worth anything after NF or just a merch food? Thanks in advance.

Merc food, common skin, high req.

Common skin & high req but still could fetch around 10k~
