can someone give me a price check on these:

gold sundering white scythe of shelter
slashing dmg 6-28 (req 11 axe mastery)
dmg +19% (health <50%)
armor penetration +20% (19% chance)
armor +7 (vs physical dmg)

gold heavy war axe of fortitude
slashing dmg 6-28 (req 9 axe mastery)
weakness duration +33%
health +29
