Andrew Patrik already confirmed that when it says "account name" you enter the account anme that you log into GW with. For most people it will be an email address, for some it may be a PLayNC account.
I'm also having the problem with making my selections. This is what I get:
By the way, for anyone who enetered a wrong account name, there is the option to change it, you don't have to re-register. (I made that mistake)

It's funny that all 3 predictions put the LIZZARDS at the bottom. Yet in my Top Guild Battles I see the reptilian guild there

Stupid bugs. I can change my selections now, but obviously it's too late. The order I see is 1-32 as it was from the beginning without my changes. Even if it sent the default list in, I would have at least gotten Ward Against Noobzz and Rise In Superior Competition correct. However, I most likely suspect that no entry was submitted.

I think we have to wait until they compiled an official list of the results - which should be sometime today. The Xunlai NPC still burps out the same jibberish as before - and the Tournament House doesn't show any new stuff either.

have i missed something, or is everyone just going by last years candy cane weps and presuming these will be none max?, its a different event so it doesnt mean they arent max, find out soon enough anyway

I checked the NPC walking around the towns and he just had the same dialogue has before
I guess Anet have not activated it yet.

It says plainly on predictions page that the NPC will be added "within 30 days of the completion of the tournament" - It'll probably be rolled in with the WIntersday stuff is my guess.
