I think this is the first gold max of its kind on these forums, so it's not possible to give an accurate PC. There is one other gold on some polish forum, but it seems the guild/site closed down.
If you intend on selling it, which seems like the only way of getting a price now :P , put it in the high end forum, start with a s/b of 100k, and wait at least one day with the b/o, it will most likely be 100k+ and a really good amount of ecto's.

And may I ask where this sword dropped? From a corsair I'd guess?

*Of course Im not a PC guru, so wait for a secon opinion, but this should at least give ~some~ indication.*
