Disabling the interface

How can i disable interface without changing options in interface menu? I looking for method that i press the button (or type command) then interface is disable. When i press it again or press another button interface back to latest looks. I need it to take a fine screen shots. Changing interface all the time is quite annoying.

You can press ctrl+shit+h to disable the interface, but to make an interface-less screenshot just press shift+Print Screen
