I am looking to purchase req. channeling and requirement restoration ritualist foci that are inscribable. They must have 20% recharge of their requirement, and a inscription slot free or taken by something else.

I don't mind if its from a crafter, blue, purple or gold. I also dont mind what number requirement it is (7-13 is fine).
