Guildhall skill trainer!! Gahh!

Here's a request to allow the skill trainer in guildhalls to teach you whatever skills you have unlocked on your account.
At the moment only core skills can be bought from the trainer with a pve character, but what is the reason behind the limitation? It makes no sense! I thought it was to prevent people from acquiring late-game skills too early, but that idea was abolished with the skill trainer update a while ago.
I know for some people mapping between continents isn't that big a deal, but for people with slow connections it's a pain... especially when you're in the realm of torment where buying a skill from other continents and back takes at least 5 minutes (Kaineng center lag anyone?).

The skills trainer in the GH needs to be based on the progression of your character.
If you are a Tyrian character and have only made it to Lion's Arch, the only skills that will be available for that character will be those available up until LA.
If you are a Canthan character and have only made it to the Harbor, the only skills that will be available for that character will be those available up until the Harbor.
If you are a Nightfall character and have only made it to the Sunspear Sanctuary, then the only skills that will be available for that character will be those available up until SS.
If you are a Tyrian character, made it to LA, then jump ship to Nightfall and compelte the game, the only skills that should be available are Tyrian skills up until LA, and all of the Nightfall skills.
If you've completed all 3 chaper's with a single character, then every skill in the game should be available for that character.
Simple concept, shouldn't be hard to impliment.

Just allow us to buy any unlocked skill on the guild hall trainer (non elite of course). That would at least justify the cost of it (100k).

I agree, the Guild Hall skill trainer is only useful when skill hunting ATM...

Make it backwords compatable also. Say you start your character in Ascelon, you have available Ascelon skills. You make it to LA, now the skills person in LA has LA and Ascelon skills as does the skills person in Ascelon. You got a run to Droks straight from Ascelon, well you only have available skill from Ascelon and Droks because you haven't visited LA yet. Once you visit LA, then you can have those skill available at all skills trainers.
My point is simply change all the skills trainers to be based off the character and their natural progression. This way it's the same all around and we don't have this one red-headed stepchild sitting in the GH that has crap.

I see. I'd rather keep it the way it is with all unlocks being available to your character. I (and others) have spent time and/or, in the case of unlock packs, money to unlock those skills so I should be able to put them on any character i wish.

Agree 100%
And sigs of capture should be able to be bought there (if unlocked for that char)

I must admit that I was hella pissed when I paid 100k for him expecting to have all the skills available that are unlocked on my account (All 3 campaigns). The skill trainer for halls need to be addressed, UPDATE IT ANET!!!!

Yeh, or make the current version free. 100k, wtf!

Very odd. I just bought some Dervish skills on my Ranger who beat the game, eg mystic regeneration, but I couldn't buy it on my derv/mo. For some reason, the GH trainer only offered 2ndary profession skills.
