As Title. Was trying to go from guildhall to kamadan and got 40. Now can't enter due to error 13. 2 other guildies on ts have it too.

It was not the update

I was doing horde of darkness quest (very long) and i got kicked just at the end when i was supposed to zone into ruins of morah. Upon talking to the NPC there

So the error kicked in on zoning, after that all err 13's too (euro)

That's where I got kicked too. Just zoning into The Alkali Pan after getting the Siege skill and bam. Err=40 and now constant Err=013!

Count me in (why does this always happen to me?) I've got exactly as described above, code 40, followed by code 13. Of course, this is a problem with every single modem/router on the euro server and not a problem with anet's european provider

Perhaps the European servers are located in America and Europe just got hit by a huge EMP pulse? :-)

Although I got error 20's followed by error 13 (I was in a scrimmage battle with some guidlies atm..)
