Back when Rit Lord was used, I used /Me for Mantra of Concentration. For Restoration builds, I use either /Mo for the hex removal or /R for Serpents Quickness. For a Channeling build, I use /R for Serpents.

Here are some good choices:

Rit/N - Minion Bomber

Rit/R - Spirit Spammer (using Serpents of Quickness), Channeller

Rit/Mo - massive healer/protector

Rit/Me - Solo-er, channeller, healer/protector

Rit/E - damage dealer

Rit with /W, /P, /D, /A I don't know much about.

I have a Rit/N. I have had lots of fun with him. MM, protector, and healer. In PUGs, I don't really use offensive spells.
