icy sephis axe of charrslaying
cold damage: 6-21 (req 8)
dmg + 19% (vs charr)

just wondering if its worth anything not being max damage and good mods. :S

and i have a wand:

Crystal wand of memory
choas dmg 11-22 (req 9 inspiration)
halves skill recharge of inspiration magic spells (chance 19%)
inscription "have faith"
energy +5 (while enchanted)
