Hi I think it would be a good idea to add a big store. In the store you can sell your stuff to the shop, the shop will be managed by the guildwars staff if they want it. You can sell your items to the store, but the shop has to make profit so they sell it to other players for more. Only sellable are max dmg golds/Ecto's/Shards/Weapen mods so no purple and blue items.
It's also handy to make a big place in it where you can buy an advertise for your item, so then you pay the shop to advertise for your item. In that room will players that want to buy go. And for players that want to buy and sell themself you make a big place to buy/sell. Congratulations your now rid of WTS and WTB spam in towns.
